Accepted Modes of Payment

The office accepts settlement of dental treatment in the form of:

• Cash Payments
  • The office accepts cash payments for all treatments. Cash payments may be received for patient's share of insurance-covered treatment plan.
• Payment Plan or Budget Plan
  • The office recognizes cases where the full treatment plan cannot be settled through a one-time payment. Because of this, a payment plan or budget plan is offered to patients who are willing to settle their bills over several installment payments throughout the duration of their treatment program until the full treatment plan is completed.
• Credit or Debit Card Payments
  • The office accepts all major credit and debit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• Denti-Cal Settlement
  • The office accepts settlement from Denti-Cal for patients covered by the State of California Dental Insurance Program.
• Private Insurance Settlement
  • The office offers courtesy billing to the insurance company for reimbursement of dental treatment.
    
    The office accepts PPO plans.

The most-often availed payment plan is that offered by CareCredit®.

CareCredit® is a low minimum monthly payment program designed to pay for healthcare and elective treatment not covered by insurance.

With the program, the patient can:

• Pay for co-payments, deductibles and treatment not covered by insurance
• Start treatment immediately and pay over time with low minimum monthly payments or no interest at all on an approved credit, subject to certain conditions
• Pay for other healthcare expenses for the family without having to reapply
• Have no annual fees
